Yes, i have finally concluded that my dog Tobi has OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder. every time he starts to eat his food, he will repetitively scratch his nose on the carpet over and over again as you can see in the video. Now im no dog expert, but this seems to be a compulsive behavior, or am i wrong? Does your dog do this?
